We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. If you choose to use our prepaid label, a $6.00 return shipping fee will be Charged. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the item back using your own carrier and shipping method at your expense. In that case, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee will be waived if the return is due to a defective product, damaged merchandise, or an error made by Ace Sports LLC. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-strung tennis racquets
Custom-ordered or personalized products
Used tennis racquets, pickleball paddles, shoes, apparel, or accessories
Demo racquets and demo paddles
Gift cards
Clearance, closeout, or final sale merchandise
Items showing signs of wear, court use, outdoor use, or alteration
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges are accepted for eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items being exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping fees.
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund if the return causes the remaining order value to fall below the free shipping threshold or if the entire order is returned.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at customerservice@acesportsllc.com.
Ace Sports LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns received that show signs of use, wear, alteration, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
